The pursuit of Happiness

"For happiness, how little suffices for happiness!...the least thing precisely, the gentlest thing, the lightest thing, a lizard;s rustling, a breath, a wisk, a eye glance - little maketh up the best happiness. Be Still"
- Nietzsche

Go now, smell that flower, and lie down on wet grass, look up to the sky, the endless space above...
and the eternal space within...the little thing of beauty, a form small and not threatening you like almost everything else, leads back within.

It is the joy of Being that is the joy we all seek. Of BEING.

Names are categories of human traits, its not you.

Age is wear and tear of body measured by clock, its not you.

Profession is the skill, the commitment and the dedication, its not you.

Who are you? Answer from not the mind but the consciousness and the awareness of being that is you, answer, " I Am".

The past and the future are concepts, like everything else you know. The past and the future are limitations, like everything else you recognize.

Dont live your life right, be the life.

And how I could go on pointing to the ultimate truth. But the finger pointing to the moon isnt the moon. Religion isnt God.

I lay here and close my eyes, and expand within and it is vast, and I am falling apart, and I am alive, now and forever, for it will always be NOW.
